Abstract: The article is devoted to the memory of Perm State University professor, Head of the Labour Law Department L.U. Bugrov. Some points of his biography and scientific interests are illuminated. The paramount value of the of the freedom, creativity and labour law in the professional, scientific and privacy life of L.U. Bugrov are noted.
