THE PLACE HOUSING RELATIONS IN THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF SOCIAL RELATIONS

Analyzed species division of social relations in the writings of philosophers, which is represented by three basic classifications.

The first classification divides the social relations on relations with people and relationships in nature, the second classification – on the material and ideological. The third classification divides the social relations by activity. More author dwells on the latest classification, as it is significant at legal research. This is explained by the fact that the division of areas of public relations (items of) should be the basis for the system of law.

Supported the approach proposed by V.F. Popondopulo on the delimitation of free and unfree social relations. The author draws attention to the incompleteness of this position and justify the selection of independent groups forced relationships that have a relative degree of voluntarism and coercion. Civil relations with such positions are relations free, then as housing relations should relate to the relationship of necessity. The relativity of freedom will is predetermined lack of choice when a relationships occur. The relativity of coercion evident in relations to resolve the housing problems involving public authorities.

The article indicated a problem with the traditional allocation of housing relations to the property relations. The author believes that the criterion of the "object", which is placed in the justification of such a conclusion is not universal, and most of the signs of property relations that have become axiomatic in the legal literature, can not be used to characterize the housing relations.
