Abstract: The article is devoted to review the sources of legal regulation on the provision of hotel services in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article reviews the questions concerning the content of hotel services and their delivery order, rule of law governing the rights and obligations of the parties to a contract for the provision of hotel services, imprisonment, execution and responsibility of the parties to such agreement. Important meaning in the organization and provision of hotel services have their legal regulation. The article deals with international legal acts of hotel service, such as "Standard classification of tourism accommodation"; Recommendations for inter-regional harmonization of hotel classification criteria, standards-based, international hotel regulations, international hotel convention concerning the conclusion of contracts by the hotels and travel agents (MGA/FUAAV and others. Hotel services in the Republic of Uzbekistan regulated in the clauses Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", "On Tourism" and a number of others, as well as the bylaws and standard requirements – Rules GOST certification of tourist services "Tourist services. Accommodation facilities. General requirements"; Rules of hotel services in the Republic of Uzbekistan and others.
