The article is devoted to the complex scientific research of the structure, principles and the logics of development of public relations controlled by the civil law. In the article, the property relations which are included into the civil law subjects are also analyzed in the context of the modern economic situation. The attention is given to the problem of the fictitious and real capital. Besides, the speculation is researched as an economic objective which the property circulation subjects aim for.
