The article formulates an author’s concept definition of a legal category «closure of juridical persons without a legal continuity». The conclusion about the essence of a described category is based on the analysis of the existing civil legislation, it’s practical use, traditional theories of juridical persons and reflections on a juridical fate of particular signs of a juridical person after it’s determination.
