Social and Insurance Legal Relations as the Element of the Freedom of Labor Guarantee System

Abstract: Freedom of work is provided with system of legal guarantees. The system of legal guarantees is difficult and multilevel. Legal relationship are part of this system. There are communications between social and insurance and labor legal relationship. On the basis of communications designs of legal relationship are created. On social insurance it is possible to include labor legal relationship in a complex of legal relationship. Legal relationship aren't the isolated elements of leg al system. Legal relationship can interact with other legal relationship, including and legal relationship from other area of the right.

Process of interaction of the relations of different branches of law is quite complex. In some cases one relationship precedes the other, for example, the employment relationship and pension. In this case, the legal facts arising in the first relationship, are the basis for the second relationship. In other cases, the relationship exist simultaneously and in concert, for example, the employment relationship and socio-insurance relationship for temporary disability and maternity.

Suggested that, interaction between data relationships forms design relationships. Fluorescence of complex approach to study social insurance relations with the inclusion of the complex of labor relations.

It is shown that the relationship are not isolated elements of the legal system, they can interact with other legal relationship, including the relationship another branch of law.Interaction happens between relative legal relationship of active type.
