To the question of particular methods of negotiation defects of the mechanism of legal regulation
of the obligation relations

Introduction: The article dwells on problem of choice of disposal of the defects in the mechanism of legal regulation of the obligation relations. The author considers some of them, and offers a system of methods to negotiate the defects. Purpose: The author analyzes some of the methods to negotiate the defects, as well as offering them a system. Methods:Methodological foundation of the research is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, among which the highlight takes the dialectical method. The article also used scientific methods of research, as analysis, synthesis, and private-scientific methods of research: formal-legal, technical and legal. Results: Author proposed system of methods to negotiate defective effect of mechanism of legal regulation of obligations relations, each of which may be applicable depending on the particular conditions. Conclusions: Means of negotiation of defects of the law of the obligation of obligation can be divided into groups. They can be divided according to the subject of carrying out activities to negotiate the defects, the element of the mechanism of legal regulation, in which there is a significant defect, etc.
