Preventive Measures for minimization of Corporative Conflicts

In this article the author attracts our attention to the growth of corporative con-flicts, which is one of the most widely spread tendencies in Russian fussiness environ-ment in recent years. This negative situation takes place due to imperfection of preven-tive system in this sphere. The main problems, essential reasons and measures for con-flicts minimization are also belong analyzed in the article.
