One of the most actual problems of modern Byelorussia is the problem of protection of the rights of diligent participants of a civil turn. In sphere of bank crediting at protection of the rights of guarantors it is shown to the greatest degree. On an example of one action of proceeding which has received the big public resonance, the author of article makes an attempt to cover a problem of protection of the rights of the citizens acting as guarantors in contracts of the bank credit.
