CRIME PREVENTION IN THE ART SPHERE

In this article the concept and the maintenance of the term 'preventive measures of crimes in art sphere' is shown, the criminological analysis with adjacent definitions such as prevention, suppression and counteraction are considered. The author analyzes different opinions of the Soviet scientists-criminologists concerning the sense of definition 'preventive measures of crimes', terminology of the given definition with reference to art sphere is discussed, such terms as 'crime prevention' and «preventive measures of crimes» in art sphere are offered with rationale. In this article the concept and the maintenance of the term 'preventive measures of crimes in art sphere' is shown, the criminological analysis with adjacent definitions such as prevention, suppression and counteraction are considered. The author makes the rather-legal analysis of the criminal legislation by finding out consistent patterns of criminally-right protection in art spheres. Hence, the most typical crimes concerning art subjects are destructions (damage), plunders, a fake of works of art, and also their contraband. In the article such questions as law-enforcement methods in the form of analysis of dispositions, the size of the sanctions, qualifying signs of the given structures of crimes and others concerning an establishment of measures of a criminal liability for made illegal acts in art sphere are investigated.
