Open Access Policy and Publication Fee

Scientific Magazine "Perm University Herald. Juridical Sciences" is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution.

Articles published in the Magazine are Open-Access articles distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.

According to the Budapest Open-Access Initiative, by "open access" (to peer-reviewed research literature), we mean its free availability on the public Internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

The journal's articles are directly accessible to everyone, based on the principle that free open access to research results contributes to increased opportunities to search and discover the necessary information and contributes to increased global knowledge sharing.The editorial Board of the journal counts on interaction with scientific and educational institutions, expert community, mass media, all interested in the development of legal science, legislation, law enforcement practice.

All articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication.

Implementation of open access and interaction with authors

All articles prepared for publication are placed on the journal's website, where the author can already download the PDF-file of the article and start distributing it, if necessary. Immediately after the publication of the next issue on the journal's website, articles are available without limits to authors and readers. Authors can freely distribute articles, post them on their personal pages or in university repositories.

Copyright

The content of the journal is protected by copyright. Whenever materials published in the journal are used, a reference shall be made to the corresponding publication in the Scientific Magazine «Perm University Herald. Juridical Sciences».

Authors retain the right to authorship; the journal disposes of the manuscript material on the basis of a non-exclusive license.

Fee for processing and publication of the article. Royalty

The decision on the paper publication is made by the editorial board of the journal according to the results of an independent review. The journal does not charge a fee for publication, for submission of texts for consideration, for their processing. No fees are paid to the authors of publications.

Journal's plan for electronic backup and preservation of access

The content of the journal has permanent unlimited access. The journal places publications in multiple digital archives to ensure long-term digital preservation. We make a daily backup of files on our server to ensure that all manuscripts and articles can be recovered at any time in the event of an accident. All articles are permanently archived and available in PDF format. If errors are found in the text of the article that affect its perception, but do not distort the results of the study, they can be corrected by replacing the pdf-file of the article and indicating the error in the file of the article and on the article page on the journal's website. Archiving and storage is carried out using the CLOCKSS repository.
