MODERN STATUS AND SOME OF THE TRENDS OF REFORMING THE RF CRIMINAL EXECUTION SYSTEM

The modern condition of the RF criminal execution system is analyzed, some of the trends are proposed for reforming the execution of detention sentences. In particu-lar, the necessity to transfer from the “correctional facility” to the “jail facility” is justified.
