DEAR AUTHORS!
In connection with that, the editorial staff has introduced new vectors of the editorial policy.
In order to further enter the international scientific space, the Editorial Board made significant adjustments to
the requirements to articles. So, we ask you to pay special attention to the following requirements
:
1) The editorial board reserves the right not to publish articles having less that 80% of unicity;
2) The author's
ORCID and
ResearcherID identification codes should be mandatorily given preceding the title;
3) the bibliography should be arranged in the alphabetic order and include only scientific sources: scientific articles, monographs, dissertations of the Candidates of Juridical Sciences, thesis of the dissertation, scientific comments, study books, electronic sources etc.;
4) The references to the normative law acts and court arbitration practice are placed into the body of the scientific article as paginal footnotes and are not repeatedly mentioned in the bibliography. The references are paginal and numbering is started at each page;
5) The bibliography includes at least half of the foreign sources actually used for writing the article;
6) If the scientific source has a DOI author must point this in the section "References";
7) The scientific articles containing two or more
typical mistakes, are not submitted for publishing, as well as the articles that do not comply with the theme of the corresponding magazine issue. The theme is developed by the editorial board based on the articles received and the policy of the magazine;
8) Articles in English have an advantage over other articles for publishing in the forthcoming magazine issue;
9) The editorial board accepts articles (materials) sized 40 thousand to 60 thousand typographical units with spaces.
Please note that all the articles submitted earlier than March 1, 2016, are not subject to review due to the change in the article arrangement requirements. Articles received earlier than March 1, 2016, can be re-arranged and re-forwarded via an
on-line application. Such articles will be included into the waiting list of the magazine.
We apologize for any inconvenience!
