CONSTITUTIONALISATION OF THE RIGHT TO WORK IN FOREIGN STATES

Various treatments of the right to work in the foreign states are analysed, their merits and demerits are defined. It is offered to consider the right to work as a complex constitutional right. The nature of freedom of work, the major right in difficult structure of the right to work is defined.
