The Social and Demographic Description of the Victims of Forcing to Entering Into the Sexual Relations

The article is devoted to the victims of forcing to entering into the sexual connection. The analysis of statistical data which were got during the research is represented in the article. On their basis the social-demographic portrait of the victims of the indicated crime is made. In particular attention is spared their to their sex, age, education level, place of inhabitation, sphere of activity (to employment), style, manner of dressing.

Besides other some terms of commission of the indicated crime are analysed. Statistical information is rotined in relation to the forms of feasance of forcing to entering into the sexual connection. Also attention is spared to the level of latentness and to the reasons on which victims prefer not to apply in the police. The research can be profit to the subsequent making of measures of the viktimologycal warning.

In the conclusion, based on the majority of forsering to entering into the sexual connection are made in the working room during the working day, the author assumes opportunity, to recommend to the enterprises, to the organizations, establishments regardless of form of ownership to show certain to the requirement to appearance of the workers and to fix relevant requirements, in the conditions of employment contracts.
