The  expert conclusion of the analistic report of the Ministry of health and social development of the Russian Federation “Pension reform results and long-time perspectives of the development of the Russian Federation pension system considering world recession influence” concerns the points of the state role in the pension system development, of contributory policy,  accumulative mechanism, pension formula, minimum pension size and etc.
