RELATIONS BETWEEN EXEMPTION FROM CIVIL LIABILITY AND ALLIED CONCEPTS

The article is devoted to the complex analysis of the essence of the institute of “exemption from civil liability”. The author of the article emphasizes the variety of researchers’ points of view on the institute of civil law in Law scientific works. The main aspects of relations between the concept of “exemption from civil liability” and allied concepts are regarded. It is deducted that the legislator is obliged to use the given law term correctly.
