A NEW STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION FORMS ACCORDING TO CRIMINAL- PROCEDURAL CODE OF RF

Stages of development of preliminary investigation forms according to the Criminal-Procedural Code of RF are considered. It is concluded that the Code is characterized by unstability. The potential of the court reform in the part of pretrial proceedings has not been developed yet. It is proposed to fix the rules regulating speed proceedings at the pretrial stage in chapter 32.1 of the Criminal-Procedural Code of RF.
